After reading great reviews and research on the company, I reached out to Zoe for help with an employment issue. She initially told me that the free consultation wouldn’t be enough time and that I’d need to pay for an hour of her time. After paying for the consultation, she assured me I had a strong case and convinced me to sign a contract and pay a retainer for her legal services, which I did.

She did send a letter to my previous employer, but after that, communication completely stopped. A month went by with no updates, and despite multiple attempts to reach her, I received no response. After more than a month of silence, I asked for the remaining balance of my retainer to be refunded. In the end, I feel like I received nothing for the money I paid—not even close to the support I was promised. Now, I have to find another lawyer to redo the work she was supposed to do. Very disappointed with this experience, I will never use her or Zargarian Litigation ever again and I do not at all recommend you use them.
