Mr. Zirvi and her assistance are both great. they take out time to make sure that we understood what our house closing means and the charges. best experience ever. Mr. Zirvi also gives some very nice tips.

Well, the office is nice, spacious, neat and clean...! But the price of notarisation that they have put up in Kijiji is not actually true at all. They charged me $20 for notarising an examination form and $5 for the second document (Mr Zirvi had asked for $10 for the 2nd doc...! But returned $5 and I dnt know why... probably he thought it was too much.. 😉 On the plus side I was in and out in 3 mins... and he is a barrister so I think he takes care of other assignments as well. Overall, satisfied with the service. Please confirm the price before going in..!
