I had Jeremie Nadeua as my family lawyer I’m telling you now if your in a family matter and have loved ones your trying to rescue your better off representing yourself . you can tell when a lawyer has no concern about there clients . My entire case I felt like i was trying to get a hold of the president. some government officials are easier to get a hold of then Jeremie he doesn’t have an extension number or direct line . I have send dozens of emails he doesn’t like to respond and when he does he claims your harassing him . In court he puts up no fight . So there’s no point of showing him any evidence .
I question if he even took a look at my evidence I submitted . at court he did absolutely nothing . Josh talked highly of him and it’s complete bullshit. I have to call another lawyer from out of Niagara to come help
Me with my case because Jeremie naduea here at your legal services in Niagara will waiste your money and energy .

By far the worst lawyers in niagara region
The customer service and communication with my lawyer was horrible . On court dates they dont use the information you told them and there very soft . I watched my lawyer barely get a word out . he basically agreed with the courts . He was like a little puppy with no focus on prodctivity or the clients concerns. it felt like he worked for the courts and not for the clients case . Horrible experience just my opinion find another firm or represent yourself

The team was most pleasant to interact with. They took the time to make what was an anxiety fill moment of my life a more manageable experience. I can't just mention one person like Josh McDougall. Tho Mr McDougall did an exceptional job, the whole team did great. When I would call and ask for updates or just have general questions, someone always reached out. Even if there was no update to give. Mr McDougall was retained for Criminal and LTB Because of the diversity in the areas of law Your Legal Services covers, the team was able to address both situations at the same time. I found myself in a complicated situation dealing with a N7 .. From Niagara Regional Housing. Trusted people informed me that it would be best to get myself a legal representation! I contacted the free legal serves that are available to the community, along with my MPP.
