ABSOLUTELY APPAULING!!! Came in today with my family from melville thinking the hours would be the same as usual. Was told the play hours were closed due to a meeting which was understandable but in my opinion I'm sure they could have met somewhere else and not closed a kids play place. My issue is I had a screaming baby who needed her bottle heated up and I asked politely to use there microwave and was told they don't have one and was suggested to go to the restaurant and soak the bottle in hot water durrrrr!! I know there's a microwave because my wife and I have used it lol! The old bags behind the counter and in first room to the right were so rude. Imagine working somewhere that is supposed to help families and you can't be bothered to heat a baby bottle up for 20 seconds! I think they need some sensitivity training or to find a new career because working with children and there customer service is appauling! Don't come here often and would rather drive to regina for the kiddos! Do better.

An oasis in the desert for families, it is a cozy space totally adapted for kids to have fun, lots of toys for all ages, you can read books, make puzzles, play music, play in the kitchen or the market among other activities.
Staff members are friendly and supportive.
Today was our first time and we will be back for sure.
They also have some programs that look very interesting I'll be signing for them.

Great place with lots of information on everything from your health to where you can live? Can help you fill out important information and get all your identification cards back too. Very polite and professional staff also.
