I visit the Y weekly with my kids for swimming, I’ve noticed a significant difference in the cleanliness of the facilities in the past year over previous years. With such high foot traffic the cleaning staff are doing an amazing job keeping the place in top order. Not only are the common areas always spotless but the family locker room has such a good up keep considering how many family’s with small kids are in and out of there. Keep up the good work!

I’d never been to the Y in Sydney before. First day today. I would say the experience was perfect. I easily booked my class online, was greeted at the front and the process to register for a day pass was smooth, and the class, taught by Helen, was great! What I really appreciated was how helpful everyone was…explained what weights I needed, what options I had and checked on me throughout the class. It was a really lovely experience. Looking forward to attending my next class!

When we arrived at the front desk the young gentleman behind was so helpful. He had us fill in the required information and we went to have a much needed shower. The facilities were very clean and brightly lit. The whole experience was very nice. The staff were friendly, courteous and respectful. Definitely five stars.

The past few weeks the facility have become dirty , The locker rooms and bathrooms particularly, The daily upkeep have significantly down hill, There was a change in cleaning staff for the worst. There was a blonde girl with a hat that kept the place remarkably clean. I might cancel my membership as will as my wife’s .

One of the most amazing spots for family and friends to hangout, workout,play multiple games, swimming pool almost Olympic size and many recreational activities there. As an Indian immigrant I would say it's value for money for everyone. It connects you with physical fitness and makes you social. 65$ approx per month. But for a family it's cheaper than this.

Not a bad gym at all! It’s definitely huge- it’s worth the cost, which is less than the other gyms in town. The front staff are friendly, too. There’s so much space, if you want privacy to stretch or do your own thing. They do have some old school equipment, which I love. The dumbbells get pretty heavy. There are a few obnoxious types that go at peak times, but so long as you’ve got your headphones in, you’re golden.

This place went down hill it’s not clean at all the past few weeks it’s disgusting, I don’t know who’s cleaning it . But do better ! Shame on the Y !!!!! Get better cleaners
