I work at a law firm in Ontario. We needed to serve a corporate Defendant in Alberta and reached out to YEG Process Serving on a whim. My prior experiences with Alberta process servers left something to be desired.

Daniel was very quick to get back to me right away even though he was on holidays. Where there was an issue with address we provided, he was able to get the proper corporate search and the Defendant served the following day (even though they ended up being in Calgary and not Edmonton like originally thought).

Daniel is professional and efficient. I would recommend YEG Process Serving to anyone looking for a stress free experience.

I paid for speed serving (3 business days) and yeg took over a month to serve my documents. They however lied to me everytime I called to inquire whether it has been served. Infact I was told they served it approximately 2 days after I hired their services whereas it was not true. I only found out when the sent my affidavit after calling them numerous times that the document was served about a month after hiring them which was approximately 3weeks to my court date yet they still over charged me, almost $300. I was highly disappointed and regret using their services. Their delay delayed everything about the court process. I wish they had just told me the truth so we could figure a way out. Why charge so much when u did not render the service paid for? My experience was horrible and I do not recommend YEG. They lied and to me that's incompetency. Also, charging for a speed service despite taking forever to do the job is theft. I deserve a refund of part of my money. I feel created.

I don't usually write reviews but I need to due to the severity and consequences of an unfulfilled agreement with process serving. I paid for the 3 day rush service and it's been over 5 weeks with no communication about the status of service and filing of affidavits. I've inquired multiple times by phone and email but have received no answer or a general response that doesn't provide any useful information.

Do not use, I'm not sure I'm even going to get the affidavits at all. If they need to be an active witness in court I'm not at all confident they will be able to fulfill that duty.
