Call or email X Cooper Dunlop street with your information.

Ginger will call you, review everything, send you a proposal and have you send her a copy of the ticket.

You pay their fee which is extremely reasonable!!!

And they reach out, updating you along the way.

If need be, they're available to contact and consult.

Your court date comes by mail, send them a copy of it.

They represent you in court and update you on the outcome, either a withdrawal of the charge or a reduction of it.

I was charged nearly $350 and had to repeatedly follow up to find out the status of my partial refund. Apparently, there was a mistake on my end, but the lack of communication and resolution has been extremely frustrating. I was told that manager will call me back but never did, and despite my numerous attempts to reach out, I received no response. Eventually, I was contacted by a rude receptionist who insisted that nothing was wrong on their end. To date, I have not received my refund. I was dealing with Breighana Landry throughout this process.
