Terrific local family owned business. So nice to deal with as compared to the giant companies.
Chris Benton was the rep we worked with. Really made us feel that they cared to have us as a customer. We chose hi-speed wireless. Received an excellent installation of a tower at a low cost, and hook up by very knowledgeable technician, David Grendel and his assistant Dan.

Just had WTC internet and TV installed today. Cannot say enough good things about my experience. Installers (James) were amazing...friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and I had lots. You could not get better customer service. From my first call to the company to the installation I received great service. Happy customer.

Very disappointed with WTC. I was forced into a 2 year contract as they were the only internet provider that service our apartment building. Upon reaching out to cancel my service with them, they informed me there would be an almost $200 cancellation fee, even after being with them for over a year. I have never seen a company charge such a ridiculous amount for a termination fee, especially in an apartment building that has no other internet options and where people often move out after a year in many cases. What an absolute rip off. Needless to say I will not be using WTC in the future nor do I recommend them to anybody.

Very pleased with WTC service. The office and technical staff are always knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and patient with me. Due to geography and availability, I had to rely on other big company services over the last 20 years, not happy with them. I was elated at the opportunity to support a local company, WTC and happy to see the company growing and hopefully prospering! Keep up the good work WTC!
