I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this office while seeking a study permit.
Initially, I was misguided by the receptionist, Simran, who led me to sign a retainer without providing clear or accurate information. She wasted 4-5 days of my time, and when I spoke to the lawyer, I received entirely different information. At that point, I trusted them despite the confusion, which turned out to be my biggest mistake.
When it came time to fill out the application, they failed to include critical information in the Statement of Purpose (SOP), which I later discovered contained many inaccuracies. To make matters worse, the IRCC refused my application within three days. Instead of filing for reconsideration with an explanation, they simply asked for more money to do so.
Throughout this process, the attitude and behavior of the receptionist were extremely rude and disrespectful.
Had I received accurate and honest information before signing the retainer, I would have never pursued my application with such an unprofessional law office. This application is extremely important to me, and I feel that they put their desire for money over providing proper guidance and care.
I did not want to write this review, but every time I called their office, the receptionist’s lack of manners and professionalism only made the situation worse. Avoid wasting your time and money on such consultants who deceive you simply to make money. Do not misled the people who pay you. On top of that, your team doesn't even know how to properly file a reconsideration. Customers deserve honesty, especially when they’re paying for your services. Had you given me accurate details from the start, I would never have proceeded with my application through your firm. Provide your license number so I can file a formal complaint against your company. Thank you for such a bad experience. Choose your consultant wisely.

They misguide and take money in advance to do simple paperwork and then decline to do it. Asking for signing a contract for 1000$ in advance to file pnp through them so that they can adjust the price for the work letter. No one should go through them.
