They absolutely literally took my own words out of my own mouth and added there own words. This is a absolute
completely corrupt organization. Do not take your claim with worksafe BC ever. Make sure you record your conversations so you can win and take them to court. Unfortunately that's how it goes.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, or do the people that work there. They don't care about your health and safety. They push you back to work and think that they know better then your doctor and yourself. Just like any government they only look out for themselves and their money. The people and doctors that they send employers who got injured, work for them and also lie and tell you that you are faking your injury. Not only are the unprofessional and snotty. If they have to keep paying you, they won't do it consistently. Sometimes is only half, so you have to play phone tag with them. So not only are you stressed and about your injury and how you are treated. You have to now worry about your bills being paid. You are unable to get a lawyer for the most part. They will stop paying you until the outcome of said trail. This place needs to be better about how it deals with workers that almost lose their lives for companies that also don't care.

Beware of Worksafebc's involvement in your healthcare. A hernia, "simple routine surgery," set up by WorkSafebc with their surgeon to speed up my wait time has destroyed my body and my potential of working again. Their involvement, their policies, their surgeon(Dr Dave Konkin) and their services have left me totally disabled. Their policies and process has wiped me out financially as well. Worksafebc and their well earned reputation has impeded me being able to access health services that I need. Yet they expect that I am going to let this continue. I have had to take the medical benefits away from them and start paying myself . Their involvement has led to litigation of the Surgeon Dr Dave Konkin of hernia repair.ca their Premier Surgeon as well as the Blue Pine Clinic nurse practitioner Melonie Starzyk. Now that this is so serious they have tried to find another surgeon to give an opinion to be turned down repeatedly, have gone against my wishes and have gotten me turned down from other essential services I need. Worksafebc, it's policies , employees, services are poison. After disabling me, financially ruining me , delaying services impeding my well being mentally and physically they expect to continue on ongoing relationship for the next 14 years. WORKSAFEBC CAN AND WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE. THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF IT AND THEY ARE GOOD AT IT. SO GOOD IN FACT THEY HAVE DEPARTMENTS TO DEAL WITH ALL THEIR AFTERMATH. THINK TWICE BEFORE REPORTING YOUR INJURY.
**UPDATE**
My claim officer Steve Hartman and his boss Maria Stancatti set up an in person meeting. They indicated that they had a medical review done by their medical advisor ,( Dr Dave Konkin) the doctor that disabled me and is now in litigation. They were satisfied that I was permanently disabled. I immediately stated I needed the paperwork saying that. Told them I wanted to have the same medical examine done privately.
5 weeks went by and still no paperwork. After accessing my claim file, phoning and requesting it directly from the worker and his supervisors. I finally recieved a call back where Steve Hartman denies any of this happened. The Prince George Office and in particular Maria Stancatti are very decietful and damaging to your health and well being purposely. I have recorded the last meeting and last call with them and am in the process of holding them accountable for the damage they continue to do.
