This firm handled a family law matter and it was a joke. Court documents weren’t handled properly or on time and I find out years later they weren’t even submitted. I had to restart the process of my divorce which took additional months leaving myself and others exposed to potential legal complications and liability. Their continued lack of accountability or reconciliation on their part is unacceptable. Needless to say I do NOT recommend the firm for any services.

I recently reached out to Wolseley Law for assistance and, after sharing that my dad’s annual income I received a response that felt not only dismissive but also frustrating. They stated that they didn’t have any lawyers available to help with my matter and then casually referred me to the Community Legal Education Association (CLEA), highlighting that they offer a "free service" for lawyer referrals and legal advice.

The emphasis on "free service" really stood out, as it felt like a reminder that our financial situation was the reason we weren’t considered worthy of their help. It gave the impression that Wolseley Law only helps those who can afford to pay, while people with lower incomes like ours are simply pushed aside to free services, almost as though we didn’t deserve the same level of attention or care. Instead of exploring potential alternatives or offering any real solutions, they essentially rejected our case because of our financial situation.

It left me feeling like they made a judgment about our worth based on how much money we make, which is incredibly disheartening from a professional legal firm. The fact that they mentioned a "free service" so prominently made it seem like they were washing their hands of us, assuming we could only rely on organizations offering no-cost help, rather than providing any meaningful support themselves.

While CLEA might be a valuable resource, Wolseley Law’s response made it clear they are more interested in clients with higher incomes, leaving those in more challenging financial situations to navigate complex legal matters on their own. It’s a shame, as it really reflects poorly on the values of the firm and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
