The team of Mr. Kirk Wirsig and paralegal Shannon are amazing. When my disability claim was closed and my appeal denied, I didn't feel I had the strength to fight the disability insurance's denial of my claim along with my illness. With the recommendation of a specialist, I met with Mr. Wirsig for help. They guided me through the process with integrity, compassion and extreme expertise! The insurance company was brutal but Mr. Wirsig fought back with a vengeance but patience, waiting for the timing when the insurance company was obviously ready to settle. Once Mr. Wirsig saw that opening, he worked quickly to get me a great settlement. Through the whole process I felt like they had my best interests at heart and made me feel like a real worthwhile person vs. just a client to make money from. Even a couple of other people that I met through the process, told me that I had hired the best. I would, and will recommend them to anyone in need of their help.

Being denied disability insurance, while having to deal with life-altering health issues, is extremely stressful. I didn't know what to do or where to turn to. I highly recommend Kirk Wirsig and I am truly thankful to Kirk and his wonderful staff from the bottom of my heart for taking my case and lifting the heavy burden that I was carrying alone.
After fighting an insurance company on my own with appeals after appeals for the better part of 4 years because of an injury and a serious unexpected major surgery I became completely exhausted, traumatized and unable to continue representing myself. The most important part for me was Kirk and Shannon always made me feel valued and worth fighting for. Standing up to an insurance company feels very daunting.
