I was unable to meet with the lawyer, and I would like to address the individual managing the Facebook Messenger account. It is quite disappointing that my messages have been blocked, as this behavior is both childish and immature. Such conduct is unacceptable, and no one should have to endure it.

My experience was further marred by your rudeness and dismissive attitude. Rather than addressing my concerns, you appeared more interested in interrupting and being unhelpful, which hindered effective communication. This type of behavior is unprofessional and fosters an uncomfortable atmosphere for clients who are merely seeking assistance. Additionally, you wasted my time by persistently questioning me about a simple inquiry that have been answered promptly by the paralegal and lawyers.

I didn't get a chance to meet the lawyer and this is for the lady who does the intake. I had an unpleasant experience as she came across as quite rude and dismissive. Instead of listening to my concerns, she seemed more focused on interrupting and nagging, which made it difficult to communicate. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable environment for clients who are simply seeking assistance. She wasted my time nagging for simple question that the paralegal answered in seconds.

I'm a very nice girl I was extremely shocked about the front desk treatment toward me. She rude and answering me with an attitude. She was an older lady with short blonde hair. I left tears in my eyes. Definitely not going back

Mr. Levesque represented me in a complicated hard to win case where my family and I were facing homelessness after losing my job. 7 months ago I was going to ask there help . After finding out what ineptness they operate under.Clowns can't take appointments and sent a complaint form to a wrong address because they are not smart enough to write a message on paper from the voicemail.Would rather look inept and incompetent.
