Worst lawyer I have ever seen. By far. My husband had him for a case that dragged on for over FIVE years. This man asked for more and more money, disregarding the fact that he never showed up to several court appearances when he was supposed to be present. Ignored phone calls. My husband was ensured, that he would win this case. An impaired driving charge by a bogus cop with a vendetta against my husband and I was a witness and was in the car for this ridiculous accusation. After Bill repeatedly demanded more money, even went as far as ignoring my husband up until the night before court- called him that night demanding over 2 grand. He's a lazy scheming weasel and he lost this case brutally. And they found nothing in my husband's system. The cop that pulled him over didn't even do her job correctly. The anonymous call was from a local cop that lied in court saying he never seen my husband before. In fact he's recanted a statement from a case including myself a year before that accusational incident. I recommend you run the other way or go to legal aid before going to this pathetic excuse for a lawyer. After over 7000 dollars in fees for his little to none services, and lost. He's clearly not someone you want representing you. I hope you see this Bill. No wonder half the courthouse has little to no respect for you. Do yourself a favor and retire since you clearly cannot attend court appearances, remember to bring documents vital to cases, and answer clients phone calls or requests to be made aware of progress in their cases. Stay away from this lawyer. He'll take you for all you're worth and let you sink and blame it on you after you've lost. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Mr. Burchell could be a fine lawyer, however I can't say since my voice mails were left unanswered. Perhaps he no longer practices? I wanted to keep my business close to home rather than travel to Sydney.

I call this office and they pick up told me call back tomorrow's so I did. Next day I call back he told me call back in 5 hours so I did I call back at 8pm never pick up...next day I call no pick up so I left voice-mail for....them.still no return call
