I get my house, car and trailer insurance with Western Coast. Over the years I have asked Angela MANY questions about my house insurance. She has always responded very quickly, and even though sometimes I can be confusing, she takes her time with me and insures I understand. It's not like insurance can be confusing or anything.... I recently transferred my car insurance over to ICBC after moving provinces and the process was smoother than I expected. Sierra walked us through all the paperwork, explained the coverage options clearly, and made sure everything was set up properly & got us the best Deals (: I really appreciated her patience.. thank you again

It's been over an hour and still waiting to get my driver license renew. This is ridiculous and they been with one guy even before I came it. Some update or professionalism about a wait would have been appreciated. I could have drove to town and back and had it done.

I am writing to highly complement Drew Luby on his absolutely awesome support over two separate interactions. He is the most HELPFUL support person I have ever worked with and as I'm up there in age, that says A LOT! He was so well informed and took the extra time to educate me on the steps I need to take as well as prepped the forms and steps that I need to complete. He was so pleasant, patient and I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about the support that he provided me. He is a shining light as to how things should be in a rather complicated and unfriendly world. I walked in at the end of the day right before closing and got helped immediately.
