Need help! Called a million times no answer, left voicemails and finally got a call but missed it by seconds. I called the number they left and pressed zero as I was instructed but it keeps giving me a “the person at the extension number… is on the phone” message followed by a beep, I don’t know if that’s the voicemail or not but I attempted to leave a message after the beep. I’m not giving a negative rating because that’s not my point of the message, I just hope someone sees this and eventually I can actually get help. I’ve been trying since the end of 2022.
