I had two disappointing experiences with the morning front desk staff. The call was ended immediately after a brief answer, without allowing me to ask for full information. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as front desk interactions reflect the organization's image.

Some one tell me please what is wecome places job? Just copy the newcomers document? What nonsense job is that? no interest to help newcomers the don't even bother to called them by their name one of the employee just came out and loudly 1130 who is their appointments on 1130? What? excuses me? Come on have some respect. They came there for help not to photo copy their document for you file. Do your job and do it the right way....

Welcome Place? What a misnomer. Hardly welcoming. Some of the staff there are very rude and unfriendly.

"We are FULL", one receptionist lady told me - without even listening to what I had to say!

No more funding. Serves them right. Total disgrace and waste of Canadian taxpayers $$$. RIP.

Організація також проводить різноманітні заходи з інформування новоприбулих.

Nosotros vivimos aca desde octubre de 2019. Es un edificio de bajo perfil, pero lo tiene todo. Si eres un inmigrante recien llegado, aquí encontrras un sitio aceptable para vivir, con todos los servicios incluidos, incluyendo Internet. Tiene lavandería gratis en el sitio y, lo mejor de todo, es que en las oficinas del primer piso tienes la asistencia legal y asesoría para todos los trámites que requieres como recién llegado, seas refugiado o vengas con permiso de trabajo o visa de estudiante.
Nosotros lo recomendamos ampliamente.
