Got a speeding ticket from a camera off school hours when driving in an area I was unfamiliar with. I was slamming on the brakes at the time. First speeding ticket ever and neither screening nor hearing officer would talk to me or even consider what I was saying. Decision upheld with me only sending 1 message to both. I just expect more than a generic AI generated response and 0 empathy. Office told me there is no way to appeal either so now I’m paying this $300 ticket for driving 50 while breaking for the sign. Times are hard this is a lot of money for me…

Please do a better job at holding drivers accountable for the condition of their vehicles both commercial and private, people are lazy but your low levels of enforcement have no one worried about cleaning their vehicles off. There is no traffic accountability within Cambridge.

Very disappointed in the service that I received. The lack of empathy was astonishing for a building that is "supposed to be a place of safety". I came back to the building after reporting my personal matter and brought a box of tissue to the front desk. I told the man working the counter that the next time a victim comes in to report a crime, you follow the basic training of crisis prevention - #1. Be Empathetic #2. Provide Support, and Ensure Safety. #3. And for God sake, have a box of tissue to offer the next distressed citizen that comes in here. It's already intimidating and embarrassing enough to the victim to be there in the first place atleast give them a tissue to wipe their tears. I would highly recommend further training and would love to sit down with management and give some honest in person feedback. The best and most compassionate worker I met that day was a lady in the janitorial services. I called Human Resources personally so I could find out her manager to email them however, unfortunately no one from Human Resources responded to my phone call. I cannot stress enough that it's the little things that will make this police force stand out for the better and it's starts with training/community feedback. That lady from Janitorial Services was amazing and someone who should be working there. She represented the vision of what the police stand for - I just wish I had asked for her name.

Blonde working at the collision centre on 04/04/2025 needs to learn customer service and try and be more polite toward people. Maybe she got in her head that she works a little desk job here, not sure what the issue is but she can definitely drop the attitude.

I just saw the video of the red truck accident and the guy weilding a hatchet.....awesome job for taking him down, and bravo to the original police officer for keeping his cool in an incredibly dangerous situation. Very professional 👌

Madison 👩🏻‍🦰 from the ‘Collision Reporting Centre’ next door, along with her colleagues 👩🏻‍🦱👓 + 👩🏾 that were working as of yesterday on Mon, May the 6th, early on in the afternoon, are so knowledgeable, informative & helpful!

They assisted me with questions having to do with completing the collision report & were genuinely friendly & courteous.

I also noticed another officer inside the centre helping an elderly lady with what seemed like a disgruntled situation & he seemed to be very considerate. 👮🏻👍🏻

Thanks again Madison & the team who go through processing all these reports for collisions occurred. 👍🏻 I’m alright with covering whatever losses that might occur on my end, as I was met with empathetic employees who seemed to be more than understanding.

This police force is the worst. I’ve noticed a lot of cop cars with no turn signals. Never show up on time and always make excuses instead of their jobs.
Have no concept with citizens with mental illness.
I had extremely bad experiences with this police force.
Service and protect really isn’t in their job description.
With so many people running red lights and speeding as well driving with cell phones I see a lot of this but you never see a police car. The worst thing is when a police officer breaks the law they get suspended with pay making taxpayers on the hook. No one else has this luxury.
Police ask for more money for budget but don’t tell how many police officers that are suspended with pay.
