Awesome! Kaelyn answered all my questions and calmed my fears about losing my hearing far sooner than I expected. She was SO helpful & positive, it made a big difference in finding something that worked for me. Kaelyn's also super quick to answer any calls or emails I send her and make adjustments to my devices if I need. Great experience.

I've been hearing impaired for almost 15 years. I've been wearing hearing aids for most of that time. I have been frustrated with the devices I've been fitted with and when I decided I needed a second opinion I contacted Dr. Ferguson. She was a breath of fresh air. I hope now I will be getting hearing aids that are suited for my level of impairment. She explained what I needed and took me and my problem under her wing. I walked out of her office with a sense of relief and renewed hope. Thank you Dr. Ferguson.

I went for a baseline assessment recently and was thoroughly impressed many aspects of my experience! The clinic is clean and I was promptly greeted by a friendly receptionist. Kaelyn was extremely professional and thorough on her assessment, leaving me feeling comfortable and she answered any questions I had in a welcoming way. She reviewed the results of my testing with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole assessment. Overall it was well worth the short drive from Saskatoon to Warman and I will be recommending to family members and others looking for an audiologist in the area!

My experience here was excellent, as Kaelyn and her staff were both very professional and timely. I received an audiometric test and was very pleased with how things were explained and the path forward. No need to go to the big city👍🏻👍🏻

Kaelyn is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. She clearly explained my options after testing my hearing and helped me to come to a decision. The office is clean and comfortable and the receptionist was very friendly. I'll be back and highly recommend!
