Being a small business, do not work with these folks. Use ChatGPT; it will get you very close to the finish line. When the time comes, hire a lawyer who is not working with a greedy Law firm.
I can understand WLaw needs to pay rent and commissions, but come on, don't lie to clients that it will cost $4,500 and then charge them over $10,000.

We dealt with Stephen Nicholson for the purchase of our first home and it was such an easy experience. Buying a home for the first time can be a scary experience when you don't know what to expect but he and the staff were so helpful and friendly. He was very easy to get ahold of and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a nice person to help you ensure those big life decisions are looked after properly.

If there was a negative star that's what I'd rate these guys...absolute crooks worst experience with a lawyer he clearly had no interest in helping us just taking our money!! Tried to keep us going back and forth from lawyer to lawyer to keep racking up our bill after we met and discussed exactly what we wanted to do we had a plan no more communication just let the courts decide because the other party was not being truthful at all, no way to get a straight answer so we said enough we are not interested in going back and forth let's proceed to court..they went against what we decided and kept trying to communicate with the other lawyer and charging us for it. This was a very straight forward case involving a very detailed will from a very organized well kept person not to mention we did all the work for them they just put it in legal terms they kept sending emails with questions we hired them to find out, they charged us for those too!!! We ended up firing him and they still gave a hefty bill for communication we were very clear we did not want. I'd definitely look elsewhere!!
