Virginia was excellent. She really knew her stuff and didn't let the other lawyer take advantage of my situation. Virginia Ollerhead, knows how to shut him down hard.
Divorce is hard and Virginia did warn me, no one wins except the lawyers, so have all your documents ready and when you get a response back from the "other side", take the time to write out a response. This will save time and money.
I did my research when it came to Virginia, and she has a strong reputation in the legal community and that's what someone considering a divorce lawyer should research.
Feel good about choosing this divorce lawyer.

Thank-you Virginia for protecting me and my kids and our future.

If I could give her no stars I would, and that would be generous. Don't waste your money and time with her if you are seeking help with a divorce. She'll drag it out and find extra things to fight about to bill hours. One of our meetings lasted 1 hour, billed me for an hour and then proceeded to send me a recap in an email that was billable-not agreed to. The only reason I think she did this was because she had a hunch I was going to terminate our relationship. She mocked an agreement my ex and I worked on together -simply because in 15 months we were getting no where with her services. I desperately wanted to split the bank account up from the start because he was spending all the money Her advice was "I don't want you hiding money" In the end he spent $20,000 of our bank account I finally took it upon myself, a year later, to transfer my half of the money #!500.00 that was left. Terrible advice Then she wanted to charge billable hours to go through his spending to recoup the money... I could go on and on... spend your money somewhere else! Look for a collaborative law lawyer in the same area. The only one that helped me get anything done. I wish someone had warned me before I spent a fortune.
