We worked with Virani Law when our insurance company tried to low-ball our flood coverage. While the insurance company made things long (allowing them to defer any payment while knowing there is no penalty for delay), expensive, and frustrating, the team at Virani Law was professional and humane. Our written agreements with Virani Law were clear as day. They listened to our frustrations, they guided us helpfully, and they billed fairly. I really hope to never go through this again, but if I do, it will be with the same team.

On March 7, 2023, my family suffered a devastating total loss fire. My insurance company was originally great about getting us set up in new accommodations. As the months passed, however, they tried to bully us into accepting a low-ball offer to rebuild our house. I tried to demonstrate that due to current conditions, it would cost 60% more to rebuild. They refused to budge despite me securing multiple quotes from reputable local builders. Nine months after the fire, after relentlessly pursuing all other options, I called Virani Law. I originally didn't think I needed a lawyer acting on my behalf, but in hindsight, I wish my first call was to Fy Virani. His team of lawyers, paralegals and case managers took control of everything. Most importantly, they allowed us to get on with our lives and removed the stress of dealing with the Insurer. The end result was better than we ever expected.
