We have been using Vig Law for various Real Estate and Will services for the past 11 years. We most recently engaged with the team for a highly coordinated act of selling of our existing home and purchase of a new construction home, with both closing within 24 hours of each other.

The team of Greg/Suba/Ishita were extremely mindful of our situation, they handled every aspect of it with utmost professionalism and attention to detail. We were engaged with the team over a period of 2 months, and at no point did we feel that our closing was at risk. We were kept up to date by the day. They made sure no detail was missed. They seamlessly coordinated everything with multiple banks, and multiple seller/buyer lawyers for both transactions.

We closed the sale of our home very efficiently. We also closed on the new construction home very efficiently. They pushed very hard to make sure we got the keys in the early afternoon, which allowed our movers to complete delivery on the same day.

We have completed 8+ transactions with Vig Law. Our family and friends have also started utilizing Vig Law for various services. I have nothing but praise for the team led by Amit. They have a highly competent team, with a human touch who genuinely care about you. I would highly recommend Vig Law without any hesitation.
