every single class Verity offers has been an incredible experience for my body and mind. I've been going to the studio since October but tonight was my first hot yoga session and I LOVED it. Verity is such a welcoming and warm environment for people of all ages and sizes. The environment is inclusive and the instructors are friendly and supportive! Each class is equally challenging as it is energetic and enjoyable. They have a good variety of classes including HIIT, Mat Pilates and yoga. Each have different variations of intensity and a wide variety of movements! I am so happy with my time spent at Verity so far!

I’ve been attending classes at Verity since early 2024, and since then, they have added so many amazing class options (including heated!!!!).

I went to many of the classes during my entire pregnancy and all of the instructors were so accommodating and provided plenty of modifications! I was new to yoga in the beginning, but I can confidently say that the breath work education and yoga flows/stretches allowed me to be as confident as possible heading into birth (I truly had the best pregnancy and birth and I chalk a lot of that up to the classes at Verity… THANKS JEN).

Kincardine is SOOO lucky to have a space like this for people to create community, focus on their wellness, and get a good sweat on!! 💪🏻💕

I have been going for 3 weeks now. Love this studio. Its clean and such a great positive environment. The small class sizes make you feel super comfortable. The instructors are all fabulous and the workouts are definitely a good challenge.
