I recommend considering seeking services in Surrey for a better experience. We've encountered numerous issues with this notary, as they lack professionalism and proper client communication skills. It was through the experiences of our friends and family over the years that we discovered we were being scammed. Paying for these extra fees by them adding unnecessary surcharges. It's time to find a more reliable option!

Save yourself the trouble and avoid being scammed by this notary. They have a history of taking advantage of people's hard-earned money. This place will be under audit soon!

Thank you for mentioning your 12 years and to show us we were being scammed for a decade along with a lot of other clients, Gurminder was confronted as he acted oblivious and that Megan, who handles our files, has been adding fake disbursements.

We don't have to identify ourselves, but we will definitely report this business for fraud, as we have documented our experience with the Better Business Bureau.
