Your taxes hard at work. Car not plugged, been left sitting here for days. Sign clearly says "parking only WHILE charging". Occupying space for someone who may actually need it. Theres another dedicated charger for their own vehicles, but of course no one cares. No enforcement for city of Vaughan vehicles (of course). "By law and non-compliance". Not to mention all employees using charger for whole day (Monday - Friday) when car is already charged. This is a public charging station, not employee charging station. Employees hard at work on lunch breaks as usual. Just another day at city of Vaughan head office, leading by example !

Since we have our new mayor, Steven Del Duca, we seen crime go up by leaps and bounds. We NEVER see him on any news channel explaining what he is doing to make our city safe. Let alone, ongoing, unfinished construction on many roads, increased traffic, and now, of all things, I can't even get a proper yard waste removal, or garbage collection without some kind of discrepancy. NOBODY in the city cares. LOOK at our line paintings this year on on our primary roads IE Dufferin, Centre, Bathurst and others. There is paint everywhere when they were doing the markings, but was told they will fade over time. So, NOBODY cares as they fill their pockets with taxpayer's money. Even the new signage they are putting at Dufferin and Peter Rupert for the new development. It's been several months to make a corner gardenscape. PLEASSSSSSSSSSSE get your act together.
It's August 30, 2024... see, if at all, the ShityHall gets back with a valid response instead of a BOT to every comment on reviews

These guys should be ticketed for wasting parking spots, so that nobody can park either in front or behind. I think city of Vaughan should look into this.
Please see photograph.

Can we fix this please before someone gets hurt or some seniors get stuck in this, can we make it user friendly for senior population? Please and thank you for taking action.

Horrible experience coming there. So much for accessibility ?‍♂️ The door is a mile from the parking lot. Went to 3rd floor to print a page, they sent me back down to the ground floor to pay, then back up to 3rd. It took 5 of them 15mins to figure out how to take a payment of $2 for my page. Also, I am deeply offended and upset by the rainbow crosswalks and flags that are littered throughout the facility. These flags symbolize a radical ideology of extremely antichrist nature, and is not appreciated, respected, or tolerated. Absolutely disgraceful and upsetting to see these government facilities and schools complying with an evil agenda.

I am hear to share my experience and how grateful I am for everything the staff here has done for me. I am especially grateful for Vanessa for going above and beyond. I made a complaint earlier because a community mailbox was being built in front of my parents' house. Now to be very honest, I did not think it would have went anywhere, but I was mistaken. Not only did the staff looked into my complaint but they did their best to make the necessary adjustments. They also gave me updates and also provided images of the changes for me to see.

I cannot thank everyone who made this happen enough. Thank you, thank you so much. My family and I are truly grateful.

We had an appointment at 10am for marriage licence and the lady was so lazy and rude. She told us to wait 5 minutes (even if we had appointment and no one was waiting there, we were alone) and she went to do her work.
The staff are not welcoming and very slow.
Also, she was lost, doesn’t know what she is doing.
Don’t come here!!

If you're on the fence about moving to Vaughan or Toronto, stay within the Toronto boundaries. Don't move to Vaughan. The city is so hectic to deal with, money grab at every little opportunity. If you want to dispute something, they go the extra steps to make it difficult for you - particularly the by-law dept. The parking guy at VMC sneaked a picture of my car standing across the station and the first time I heard about the ticket was almost a month later in mail when I got a past due notice. Tried but couldn't even dispute it at the point since it was past 15 days of the ticket being issued. Just a frustrating experience overall living in this city! Public transport is waste too, pretty much non-existent in reality.

Had a complaint case opened with them almost a month ago. They said they would attend to my case 5 to 10 business days. Nothing happened at all and still no resolution from the Municipality. Followed up with them several times to hear they do not know when their officer will attend to the case. Left messages with the Compliancy Supervisor who never called back. Waste of time. Not sure why we are paying such high taxes to people who do not want to work and serve citizens. I would rate their work and services at a zero if I could!
