If you're seeking comfort get a dog. If you want an experienced person familiar with the family court system Jennifer is awesome.

We received a letter at our business address with the owner's name on it, he does not have any relatives in Canada, but they are asking to falsify because same last name that way can collect supposed insurance money. I find that very suspicious, an attorney asking someone to lie about identity to an defraud an insurance company.

Would never recommend. She’s in the process of taking herself off record for my case leaving me unrepresented and fully aware my legal aid certificate does not allow for a change of lawyer. Vandenburg doesn’t like dealing with her clients or answering their questions. This woman met me once in her office and told me that she thought I shouldn’t have anymore children among other outrageous statements about my case without any grounds! She would NOT let me explain my situation she only let me answer her questions to my ex-partners accusations and told me I could not to resist any of her questions, she then proceeded to tell me I was withholding information as she doesn’t know all the facts. She is now twisting that around in court to say I wasn’t forthcoming with critical information. If I were to get frustrated in trying to explain to her, she would argue that I get a new lawyer (which isn’t possible as she knew) Her assistant also exaggerated circumstances, sent me forms filled out with completely false information she wanted me to sign and send back, in my experience they have no empathy or tolerance for clients going through one of the most difficult times in life. Choose wisely ALWAYS check your paperwork before signing and DO NOT take anyone’s recommendation as I did.
