18.04.25. This is how I see it from year to year, no changes, now it’s my turn, well, hold on.
Track number LP061080753IN
I have some health problems, namely erectile dysfunction, and without medical drugs I cannot lead a normal sex life.
My pills arrived in Canada on 20.03.25 and are being held by an organization called Border Service Canada BC without legitimate reason almost a whole month. By holding my medications in this way they cause me physical and mental suffering. Now, due to the lack of regular sex life, i broke up with my partner. What have you done people, shame on you Canada.

Are they even inspecting mails right now? I have a package that is supposed to be express. I paid express service but CBSA is seriously getting on my nerves now. It has been presented to them on the 15th of April and now it is April 26 and I still have not got the package. It is stuck there.. god knows how long will they take to even release it. I know they are on strike but they cannot stall parcels because it will just keep on coming everyday and they will never catch up. These delays they do does not do our economy any good.. like seriously.

Is it possible to put -10 stars here?

International parcel was hold at this place for 19(!) days. Although, after reading comments below I should consider myself lucky! There was nothing special there, just my phone that I lost overseas. There is hardly a way to do worse job than these guys are doing! And this is all at Canadian taxpayers expense!

HORRIBLE experience! I finally made it past the lady that talks about COVID measures and all that for about 5mins straight. Once I made it past that I finally got to be put on hold for real. I'm still on hold. I'd hang up and call later, but can't imagine having to go through that 5 minutes of rambling again. I feel bad for whoever had to record all that.
I'm trying to find out where one of my parcels is that has been sitting there for 10 days now. Looks like I'm not as bad off as some except that is a very pricey parcel and I'm pretty upset at the wait time for the parcel. I understand things being slowed down.... but 10 days is a major delay in my opinion. I will not be happy if I don't receive my product. It costed over $200. If you actually read these reviews can you please provide people with information as to where their parcels are? We are paying for these services and expect them to be met. I've paid just over $90 for shipping.

I finally got through to someone and they said that it can take up to 15 business days for clearance. After that point call to find out the reason it is being held. Hope this helps some other customers.

Thanks to the CBSA phone rep. supplying/confirming data regards classic courier 'overcharging' !!

Also having time to listen to the backstory on this u.s. order direct from manufacturer using a courier regards this shipment.

I prefer USPS shpg vs courier ever since realized 20+ yrs ago, couriers add undeclared charges, as soon as it hits their Canadian parcel depot !
In this recent case (unique product no shpg alternate), received a invoice from this courier in our mailbox twenty days after the shipment was received on our doorstoop ! And as forewarned, will not be paying them, as it should ah been covered within the double cost shpg charge (compared to another product from other vendor coincidentally similar size/weight/timeline) !!

It sounds like (re: other reviews) due to low staff levels, recent reboot/increase in imports being processed thru CBSA Mail Centres, ......that my default 'up to 21 days in transit' on USPS shpd' orders will have to be increased 😎

Take Care !

My package has been stuck there for over 10 days, with absolutely no update, no one will give me a straight answer by email or phone, just that I have to wait

I am incredibly disappointed that something like this can happen in Canada, I am honestly afraid that someone will end up stealing my package.

I feel helpless and don't know who else to contact.

Zero stars. Shipped essential items express mail and paid over $150 USD to have in 3-5 days. I can get express mail delivered in Bhutan inside of a week, all around the world. This came 5 hours up the road and there it sits, no accountability, can’t answer a question, the worst ever postal experience, so many weeks and no idea if it will ever arrive.

Despite the CBSA website saying this is the office to self-broker and self-clear packages, this isn't it. The correct address is 5000 Miller Road
