I had the pleasure of having Patrick as my lawyer (Emily once at Court). This is my first time ever needing a lawyer. He explained everything to me, I asked a lot of questions. Unfortunately, I chose Patrick Fallon to represent me in family court. Throughout the process, he provided me with misinformation and pressured me into signing a final order that has had devastating consequences. This order, which lacked essential safeguards, has led to me being UNABLE to SEE my six-year-old for the last SEVEN MONTHS (117 days) harming both my son’s well-being and my own mental health.

When I expressed my concerns, Patrick dismissed them by saying I was ‘just upset because my ex won,’ which couldn’t be further from the truth. My frustration stemmed from knowing that my son’s best interests were ignored. Patrick was fully aware of my ex-husband’s history of withholding my child without cause, yet he failed to address this in the final order, setting me up to face an uphill battle while my ex bears no accountability.

The most painful part is that, after signing the order, I expressed regret and asked if it could be retracted within a certain timeframe. Patrick assured me it was ‘too late,’ which I later discovered was untrue. This lack of honest communication has left me with an order that places unnecessary obstacles in my way and forces me to go to a supervised access center just to see my son. I trusted my lawyer to act in my and my child’s best interest, but Patrick Fallon’s representation has been anything but that.

Fallon took over $70,000 from me and ruined my chance of being a mother. On top of that, I have now spent an additional $45,000 trying to get out of the mess he created. Despite spending $115,000 in legal fees, I am still dealing with the consequences of his incompetence. This situation will affect me for years and has devastated not only me but my son and my entire family.

Do not trust this man to represent you. The biggest mistake I made was believing I could trust him, that he had my best interests at heart, and that he was competent to do the job. I genuinely don’t know how he passed the bar exam. I have filed a formal complaint with the bar and am considering suing him for legal malpractice or solicitor negligence.
