Went in for a haircut. Asked for layers and left with a trim and bangs pretty much. Then my stylist left mid hair straightening and some other lady came and butchered my hair. At the end I just told them it’s all good had to go home and fix it myself. 😐

Had my second session of co2 done here today. Raj and her team are so wonderful and make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve had such a good experience here not only with the results of my co2 but with the salon and Raj. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares for you and provides amazing treatments/results, then this is the spot. I feel like I got my face back but better after seeing Raj, she’s so kind and informative and really shows you she cares. You’ll see a lot of spas are money grabs but not this one; she’s providing such great treatment and the service she provides is unmatched which makes the cost for all the services much worth it. Thank you Raj and everyone at uptown ♥️ you’ve gained a life long client. Thank you for being genuine and warm.

The staff is incredibly skilled and attentive. My stylist took the time to listen to my preferences and gave thoughtful suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle. It’s clear they are passionate about what they do, and they genuinely care about their clients' satisfaction. I felt like I was in expert hands every step of the way.
I opted for a color and cut, and the results were absolutely stunning. The color turned out vibrant and natural, with just the right amount of shine. The cut was tailored to my face shape, and my stylist made sure to show me how to style it at home for easy maintenance. My hair has never looked better! The staff is wonderful and I’m just extremely thankful for everything that they did.

The ladies here are nice, but the nail tech has no idea what she is doing. Shes using dull toe nail clippers and toe nail cuticle cutters on the nails. I had a shellac manicure, my nails are a mess. Nail polish all over my cuticles and spilled over my nails, she made no effort to clean it up after i asked her. I would never trust to let them do laser on my face if they can't do a manicure. I'm pretty sure a 5 year old could have done a better job.

I had a hydrafacial appointment today. It was a very uncomfortable experience as the gal had very tough hands and was very fast. It felt like she was cleaning a table with full force and not the skin which is usually very delicate . I have never hade this experience of facial pressure before.
