I had a great experience with Jung Mi Hong, Notary Public. She is extremely professional, kind, and takes the time to ensure everything is clear and done correctly. Her fees are very reasonable, especially for the Tri-Cities area, and the quality of service is outstanding. In my opinion, this is the best notary public in the Tri-Cities. Jungmi helped us with our very first home 5 years ago. We were very satisfied so went back to her for our next purchase in 2024. This time our lender was being super picky and demanding lots of extra things to look after, until the very last minute. Jungmi did her best for us to complete all the funding and purchase on time. We used United Notary for a home purchase and sale and we are really pleased we went with this notary service. The staff were highly responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience starting from the initial request of quote to the final signing. The legal fees are fairly priced and the office is also in a convenient location close by to central Coquitlam however majority of interaction could be done by email/phone. We will be recommending United Notary to friends and family.

Had a will done with Jung. I was in a hurry , but got an appointment the next day. A few days after it was ready to sign and pick up. I am sure her had to go out of her way to do it so fast, since it was a long weekend. She made me feel comfortable about a subject not always easy to talk about . She was very professional, did excellent work and her price was great . I did some research before going to her. I would highly recommend her and would use her again for any notary work .
