I have mixed reviews on the quality of service here. My husband and I have done 4 transactions with TSC Law in the past one year. You would think there would be some level of customer service or appreciation for return clients. Our first transaction (handled by Pria) went well. That is the only reason we returned back here. Unfortunately, our subsequent transactions have not gone as smoothly. For one, there was an error made in the registration documents. I have received no answer or clarification despite multiple follow ups. It has taken months to even get our closing packages (again despite multiple follow ups). Disappointing experience overall.

This is a professional law office that helped me with my real estate closings. I purchased a condo and sold my house through TSC. The lawyers and clerks are very knowledgeable and professional. During my home sale, the purchaser defaulted on the deal and the lawyers at TSC were able to negotiate with the other law firm and get me a hefty settlement. I highly recommend taking your real estate and commercial closings to TSC law.

We used TSC Law for a commercial building purchase to act on behalf of the Scotiabank and we were quoted $2000 - $2500 to close this transaction. The total bill came in at $5390 with no explanation or clarification for the increased cost. This was a huge cost that we were not expecting and it was very frustrating to say the least. I do not recommend using this Law firm and will certainly never consider using them again in the future.
