True property detectives owner is not professional and he is a con artist. He came to do an inspection, he asked me to make a full payment. I told him I will give him when the report is ready. He said NO that I will not get the report if I don’t pay him.

I paid him the full amount but he is yet to send the report. It is more than 2 weeks and I have called him more than 20 times but he is not picking up
