I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm, which honestly doesn’t deserve even one star. Initially, when I contacted them by phone, they seemed eager to take my case and appeared to be the right fit. However, it quickly became clear that they didn’t prioritize their clients' best interests.

When hiring a lawyer, I expect them to listen to my concerns, ask questions, and communicate with me in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my emails and calls often went unanswered for days. A knowledgeable and professional lawyer should respect timelines, address their clients' wishes, and explain every detail of the process clearly.

Additionally, I found that they twisted my words and often failed to respond with accurate information, despite the time I spent on the phone explaining my situation and answering their questions. It felt as if they were more focused on pushing my case toward court to make money off me rather than truly helping me.

Paul and his assistant Nikki wasted my time and charged me for essentially doing nothing. While we had agreed on certain steps, Paul failed to follow through, which only complicated my case further. I hope sharing this helps others make a more informed decision.
