I hired POINTTS to assist me with a traffic ticket I received in May of 2024. This ticket would have cost me over $600, a 3 day license suspension, and demerit points. It would have caused my insurance to increase. I worked with licensed paralegal Katlyn O’Hearn who communicated with me very effectively and efficiently. We attempted to dispute the charge and have early resolution which did not work. Ultimately that led to a trial date which we attended on zoom a year later, as per most traffic tickets. I know several people who received similar tickets and pleaded guilty or were found guilty despite pleading not guilty. Katlyn was extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify some key information that allowed for us to have my charges completely dismissed and for me to be found not guilty.
