Rachel was an incredibly professional, empathetic lawyer. She was appointed by the judge overseeing a custody dispute. She was an AMAZING advocate for my children. She maintained neutrality, and was soft but mighty when needed when speaking on behalf of them. She was very thorough.
The judge actually called her firm in the middle of the court proceedings as he felt obviously as strongly as I do she was the best.

Ridiculous. Started out the mediation with her asking who the children are, then proceeded to tell me my children don't wish to see me. After never meeting my children or even knowing who they are. Absolutely insane, and not adhering to the idea of listening to the concerns of both parties. Roxanne was perhaps the worst I have ever dealt with. It cost me $1,500 for nothing. I literally got nowhere and even by her testimony I was not the person being difficult. Do not use this service if you are a person with gentleman parts.

Not a good one. Billing me again after I left the firm. The private arbitrator we used and my ex husband lawyer wanted me to hire them again and pay them with the trust fund money……which I thought was odd and it seemed like they were working together. Not in my best interest.

Can't say enough about this firm! Although my case and separation proceedings isn't complete yet, Rachel and Scott have been very very helpful! Am still owing them funds and yet, they have been very gracious and understanding of my current financial hardship and stress level with these matters that they aren't calling me or emailing non-stop to settle the outstanding which I did promise I will pay eventually. I hired Crystal, one of the firm’s named partners, to represent me through a terribly difficult divorce. She has been amazing. My ex has appealed multiple items, and has lost all so far, though some remain ongoing if. Crystal has been strategic, steady and proactive throughout the 2.5+ years the divorce and it’s appeals have gone on.

My Marriage ending was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to deal with. I was referred to this firm from a trusted friend and I attended a consultation to make sure that I would be represented adequately. I don’t know what happened, no disagreements, outstanding invoices or problems of any kind that I know of. It didn’t start this way but deep into the process I can’t get any support from the firm that I’ve hired to represent me. For the past 3 months I’ve left 4 messages and sent 5 emails including my final ultimatum (see attached) with no response.
