Services are an absolute joke, pay a disgusting amount of taxes for what?!? Garbage removal that leaves bins spilled and knocked over.

Put up signs to remove snow (Feb 4th 2022) 7am-7pm, so everyone adheres and moves their vehicles just for the town to take the signs down and do nothing, because they’re too busy doing nothing elsewhere. Awesome.

I want more being accomplished from the town of rocky, because they’re sure isn’t a shortage of money to pay people to do it. (Or they are getting paid just not doing the work)
