I was there without booking an appointment in advance. I applied for a social insurance number and they reviewed the necessary papers, and information filled application then applied. I received my social number insurance at the same moment. They are very efficient, friendly, and cooperative.

Went to get my passport renewed on 28th Jan , reached there at 8:20 doors were opened at 8:25 and whole process was completed on like 20 minutes. If you are not traveling with in 6 weeks and get your passport renewed I would definitely recommend this place. Short wait times, friendly and helpful staff

I had a greet experience at this location I applied for a new passport and it was done in 30 minutes. Tehmina at counter number seven is a very nice lady. Overall, the entire staff is very good.

This location is one of the worst locations . The lady with covered head. I am not being racist but she was so rude and just to cover her incapability to deal with my issue . She was using inappropriate tone and did not do anything just copy our documents and said you are good to go, after few days i got a call from service canada again about the same issue. I dont know what she did in those 10 minutes. Avoid going to these location. This location does not even deserve 1 star

I had great experience coming here today and once before too around 2021.
Politeness is virtue of this service centre.
I was treated with respect and was helped to the best pf ability by employees Anil and Tahmeena.
I will be always returning to this centre for any further service.

Went in to apply for my sons passport, Ann i believe was her name was was fantastic. I had all my documents in order went in at 3:01 and was out the door at 3:30 only down side is that this isn't a passport office so if you need it asap you do need to go to another location

If you go on a Monday morning, be prepared to spend 1 - 1.5 hours in line, and then 20-30 minutes waiting after you put your name down.
The line starts forming before the office opens, so there could be about 60 people ahead of you even if you arrive at 8 am.
I noticed that there were people who lined up for two hours, got inside to the registration desk, only to realize they didn't have the right documents. Please save yourself time and double-check that you have everything you need. Double-check online that the office provides the service that you need BEFORE you line up for 2 hours...
Once you are actually called in to see the person behind a desk, it's pretty quick and easy as long as you came prepared. The people are nice.
