Zero stars not an option!
This guy represented my ex, she ended up firing him after he took her for over 12k...he was more interested in the food at the mediation than about our situation. He's been around for a while so he knows the game. I had put pressure on my lawyer to wrap things up quickly but he had a different idea. He told my lawyer not to rush things, to only come to an agreement on a couple of issues only so they could drag things on as they paid by the hour. In those 3 hours nothing was done my ex and I both walked out and collectively it cost us over $2000. My ex was going to lodge a complaint with the law society but as she found out the system is made to make things difficult for the consumer so she gave up. My advice, keep the lawyers out of it all they will do is run up your bill and make things more complicated than they need to be. You can compose your own separation agreement online for free making their services unnecessary. Google Todd Jenney the only literature he's published online is where to eat near the courthouse.
