Today I had the best experience with the TNG Legal Services. I am a real estate agent that had clients closing on a transaction today and the lawyers handling their file had an unexpected glitch. In order to make sure our deal stayed on track I needed to have an Affidavit notarized. The lawyers handling this transaction are Kamloops based and I was in Kelowna today.
Knowing it is the end of the month and that I am just building my Legal Connections in Kelowna I was so very fortunate to find Linda Caisley! Linda's assistant went out of her way to ask Linda if she could possibly help me out even though she was already juggling a tremendous workload. She agreed! This saved my hours of phoning other offices to find a lawyer with time. Not only did Linda agree to provide me an appointment today she did it within an hour. Her office also compiled the documents so I did not have to go find a printer before arriving given I was not near my office. She also took the time to ask me how she could help further, provide reassurance and review the Oath process with me. We were also able to make a professional connection when she explained her passion for supporting smaller communities where legal support is not always available. Which of course is something that always interests me as an agent that services underserved communities. Thank you so much today Linda! You are your staff were amazing and I appreciated everything you did and all the efficiency! I look forward to referring to you in the future! Casie
