My recent encounter with this establishment left me deeply disappointed. Despite booking an appointment for my underage child and attending it, an additional appointment was created without my approval or knowledge. Shockingly, appointment notifications were not sent to the contact choice on file, leaving us completely unaware of the second appointment. When I received an email notification at 12:30 am on the day of the apparent appointment, I immediately called first thing in the morning to cancel but had to leave a message as they were not open yet. However, when administration called back, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and had my parenting questioned. To add insult to injury, they charged my card a $125 late cancellation fee without authorization. This blatant disregard for proper administration processes is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services. 🙁
