Melissa was very quick with preparing the legal paperwork and carefully explained each document together with all parties involved. She made sure no mistakes were made and ensured everyone signing was aware/understanding what we were signing. She answered all our questions and she is quite reasonable with her rates. Her time and service was detailed in the invoice as well. I would highly recommend Melissa's to anyone!

P.s. things moved slower than they needed too, because other parties involved such as the bank, had extensive documentation processes. Otherwise, Melissa's services are very quick! I'd also say, Melissa was more prepared than the bank and she helped us ask the bank the right questions.

I would advise to not use this firm. Used them to buy our first house and had multiple issues that came up because of errors they made and things they never went over with us. To top it off they refused to take responsibility for anything..
