I have never dealt with the worst lawyer. Stephanie rudd has been reported to legal aid about her lack of empathy, her lack of knowledge for a disabled individual. Her lack of doing anything in the court. My sons ex has gotten away with alienating her daughter from my son for almost two years. And this lawyer does nothing. It is just a paycheck to her. I will never recommend her to anyone. As far as I'm concerned she needs to find a different practice. If someone has a serious family court matter. She is not a lawyer that anyone would want to have represent their case.

Ok I got many problems with third street law. I called to see why my daughter has court papers and the one girl on the other end didn’t explain anything than hung up. I called back again and another lady answered the phone who was really nice and explained everything. I’m giving it a one star because of the first experience but appreciate the second phone call. Angelica Zinke from Katie Ross should have called Stefanie A. Rudd and say we don’t want any papers.

Unfortunately this office severely lacks communication. You will wait weeks to hear back, then be told Stefanie Rudd was on vacation and that’s why you did not hear, yet were originally given a timeline of less then a week to hear back. For my first draft to be edited I had to call and email numerous times, then was told I should’ve emailed an employee other than my lawyer yet was never told this in the first place and was responding to my lawyers email. For example, it’s now been nearly a month since I called requesting my account be settled, and was told I’d hear by Monday (3 days after my call), now, finally I followed up and was told Stefanie has been on vacation again and that’s why I have not heard. So from when I made my request to when she is supposedly back in the office will be a span of 5 weeks. I would not be so frustrated if the clerk at least conveyed some sympathy with the lack of communication, however, it’s all just chalked up to “oh she’s on vacation that’s why you haven’t heard”, meanwhile, the clerk could have followed up. In addition, expect numerous errors on your first draft of documents. Honestly, I would not recommend this law office at all due to the gross lack of communication and lack of respect for clients and their time.

Stephanie, is a great lawyer. She tells you what is a realistic outcome and gives you options without being pushy. She is empathetic yet doesn’t back down. I would certainly work with her again in the future!

Ann Logan is a professional SCAM artist, cost me $15,000 and put me in a WORSE position. Gave me terrible legal advice that cost me over $100,000. TERRIBLE person too, she didn’t care at all about my case!!!! RUN and find someone else!!!
