I am so grateful that 2 of my friends recommended Rona at The Wellness Farm as I have bulging discs and require steroid injections in my lower back every 3 months. My last injection was 5 months ago.

After 1 session on the Seqex Mat, I felt a difference in my lower back AND surprisingly the pain from arthritis in my hands was reduced.

Rona is very easy to talk to. I shared with her I’ve had dystonia for 9 years and it’s now Parkinson’s for the past year. My head and hands shake.

Rona went to Italy for another course regarding the healing abilities of the Seqex Mats during my visits. She was excited to come home to tell me of a video she watched regarding Dystonia. A 77 year old lady with Dystonia couldn’t hold a cup of tea as her hands shook so much. The video ended with this lady at age 87. She had 20 Seqex Mat treatments at 77. Her shaking stopped and she did not need any further treatments in the following 10 years. Amazing.

I’ve had approximately 40+ needles in my neck every year for 10 years to temporarily stop the shaking. The needles won’t cure it, just stop the shakes.

I am using the Seqex Mats and haven’t had needles for 5 months. If you saw me face to face you would likely not notice any shaking of my head or hands. I am truly grateful for the in-depth care Rona has given me.

I would likely be further ahead in my progress if it weren’t for a hidden infection. Rona asked if I had an infection. I told her, “no I don’t, no fever or chills and I’m not sick.”

Surprisingly, I just found out I had an infected wisdom tooth which was removed immediately. Rona is now running a program to clear the infection. I am so happy with my results.

I have back pain and upper arm pain. I don’t understand fully how it all works, but I was willing to give it a try. I lay on the Seqex Mat and usually fall asleep while the magnets do their thing.

After a couple of visits, I told Rona I don’t know if my pain has really reduced, but I sure don’t need as much sleep now. 2 years ago I fractured a couple of ribs and 3 weeks later had more trouble breathing so I went to the hospital. I found out I developed blood clots in my left lung. I was followed up by a heart specialist.

Within 6 months I was sleeping 12 hours a night and sometimes needed an afternoon nap. I would run out of puff and not be able to garden for hours a day like I used too.

I was concerned it was my heart. My specialist said it wasn’t, without tests, and said I should see my Family Doctor. She confirmed it was not my heart.

When I told Rona, she ran a “program” to see what MY body needed most for the Seqex Mat to give ME ultimate healing. There are different programs for different health issues. Mine came up as “fight or flight”, which is related to my sleep patterns. After running a different program for me for a few sessions, I am now only sleeping 8 - 8.5 hours a night AND I’m gardening 6-8 hours in a day, as we have 900 feet of gardens.

I feel like I’m back to my normal self. I’ll be 68 in a few weeks and feel like I’m in my 40’s again.

I am so happy to have met such an open minded, knowledgable lady who cares deeply about getting to the root of what is actually my biggest concern. I don’t worry about my heart anymore.

A side note, my Family Doctor follows up with me for blood work every six months. My kidney was functioning at 69% before seeing Rona. It has since improved and is functioning at 82%. I didn’t do anything different except use the Seqex Mat. I told my Family Doctor about Rona and she is open to alternative medicine and is super happy with my outcome.

I can’t see anyone being disappointed. If you relate to any of this, I’d go right away.

I cannot recommend the Seqex Mat and Rona enough! After breaking my tibia and fibula in January, I struggled to heal despite months of physiotherapy. Five months post-injury, walking was still a challenge due to persistent swelling and limited mobility. However, after just one session with the Seqex Mat, I experienced a remarkable decrease in swelling and a significant improvement in my ability to walk.

My son (17) has had multiple concussions over the years. He is an athletic kid who love sports with all he has in him but his head takes a beating! Rona understood the frustrations we had as parents with a child who wants to play but is limited in his abilities. She worked with him and provided some Sequex treatments that relieved him of the constant headaches he was suffering from. I attended a 1 night retreat last weekend and it was just what I needed. The restorative yoga positions and exercises were targeted for my sore lower back, the food was scrumptious, the horses are lovely, and Rona is a wonderful listener and is very knowledgeable and empathetic. I feel like I learned, relearned and gained clarity on a lot of issues in my life. I didnt know what to expect from the retreat when I arrived, but it turns out I got what I needed!
