Shimon was briefly my “lawyer”. Paid $1000 for his representation before he completely ghosted me. Not impressed

One of the jobs of a lawyer is to protect their client from the worst case scenario by analyzing an agreement and informing their client about foreseeable situations and consequences that are not in the clients best interest. Shimon failed us in that regard, in my opinion, as we now find ourselves in a worst case scenario which could have EASILY been avoided with competent common sense advising. As such I absolutely would not recommend him to represent you or your best interests. I'm not sure if he didn't understand or didn't care but either way it's a red flag for me.

When she was with SNJ, on advice from my father (he worked at BofM for 38 years commercial side) well 22k later, with a discount, I lost me shirt, literally. I saw some clown, all he did was go through my documents, and 5 minutes later, he wanted 5k retainer, I said screw this. Then I get a bill for 700$. A traffic stop, apparently there was a warrant for my arrest, maintenance stuff, I spent a day and a half downtown, nice, they asked me if i wanted to call a lawyer, never called me back
