Carlene , for our uncontested separation agreement. Carlene was always available to answer our questions through phone calls, emails and in person. Sometimes, I didn’t understand legal jargon etc as I had never had the experience before , so it was a bit frustrating that way.
However, over all it was quick, not time consuming and less expensive than hiring lawyers if you are separating amicably. Highly recommended.

DO NOT HIRE THIS LADY CARLENE OR THIS COMPANY. She does not know what she is doing as per info service advice and review or her documents . She only cares about the money. Hire at your own risk. I had a straight forward desk divorce and she proceeded to almost send me and my Ex husband back to court to rehash our divorce and make me redo everything after having an order by a judge I was allowed to do a straight forward divorce. She doesn't listen to what your asking. She drew up my divorce papers and they were rejected first she told me because I had a duplicate file numbers and she needed an extra 350 to fix this. Then that my file was closed. I took it upon myself to find out and head to the brownlee building and court house myself where I was told none of this was true. I basically wasted my money they rolled there eyes upon finding out I hired her and they looked over the documents she did and said she was rejected because she did nothing right used old formating filed wrong and their advice was to get mt original documents back and ask for my money back. I went to her office she didn't even recognize me and was very defensive when I told her that I will just proceed on my own. When I asked for SOME NOT ALL OF my money back because I was essentially starting at ground zero she got very passive aggressive and basically said no. Not sure what company on earth doesnt do their job and takes the money. I was told by many people and the judge these types of companies are popping up and they are nothing but a money grab my advice take yourself to the brownlee building info services and get them to help you it will cost alot less in parking then $2045 with a horrible job done.

I FEEL ROBBED BY THIS LADY AND THIS ISNT TO DEFAME HER. She took my money I'm a single mother $2045 isn't a small amount these days and I got nothing done. I'm now doing my divorce documents on my own. A judge herself shook her head at this. Find me on Facebook if you have any questions I have proof of the court clerks review and corrections of her documents including her passive aggressive response to their corrections they sent me by email. Carlene you know very well this is not okay.
