Nice building in a beautiful setting. Plenty of parking. It’s right next to the Telford Lake Boardwalk. All of it is peaceful and beautiful. The building is available for rent for different events and is situated in a lovely area.

Beautiful lake to relaxing

Rented the hall for our wedding. At first we thought it was going to be a good deal as the original price was pretty cheap. We signed their “contract” 6 months prior to taking the hall and we’re not provided our own copy. Come the day of the wedding our 7 year old autistic son accidentally leaned on one of the doors leading outside and an alarm went off. This alarm was never pointed out to us and we were never told that this would happen. Multiple of our guests tried to help by calling the numbers printed on the walls to get assistance. Two people ended up showing up to turn off the alarm. Now we are being told our damage deposit is being deducted for this. At no point was this told to us when we picked up the keys and we were being shown around. We had no idea that door would even make an alarm we wouldn’t be able to turn off and the fact a 7 year old autistic child is being blamed for this accident is pretty ridiculous. They also deducted from our damage deposit because we stacked all the chairs together instead of separating out a handful of chairs that were stacked 6 feet away from the others. The fact that these two small and insignificant things are having $200 deducted from our damage deposit when the entire hall was spotless and exactly as we got it is ridiculous. If these things were so important then why weren’t they stressed to us when we got the keys and did our walk through? Honestly having a stranger yell at our autistic son for accidentally opening a door kinda ruined our wedding.

Enjoy walking the boardwalk on a nice day. You'll definitely see birds and ducks of all kinds, pelicans and quite often you'll see a pair of swans. Beautiful area to relax and bird watch.

I go there to get free, public, winter stone chips to use on my sidewalks. We have a super mailbox on our property so I do my best to make sure it is cleared of snow and the stone chips from the Telford House location keep the postal workers and residents safe from any sidewalk hazard while delivering or retrieving the mail.

Nice area to sit and watch some duck. Walking path is a wide enough one people can bike/walk with out any issues

Love the multiuse space. Great for talks, exercise groups, weddings and parties. Plus the natural beauty outside is a great focal point.
