My partner and I are so incredibly grateful to have found Todd. We were living in Toronto but bought a house in Ottawa, so having the ability to meet in either city was a bonus. We bought a house privately which required a little more assistance from Todd which he was more than happy to help with. From the very beginning of the process, all communication from him was professional and thorough. If we sent questions via email, his responses were almost always immediate regardless of the time of day or over the weekend. He provided us with check lists of what to expect throughout each stage of the process as well as updates after every stage was complete. After interviewing 3 other Toronto lawyers (and having to fire the first one we got), not only were Todd's fees lower but the service was hands down the best. Thank you so much Todd. We really appreciate everything you did for us. Both yourself and Jade made the process stress free.
