Do not rely on them for something as important as your tax return. Bad experience two years in a row! They FORGOT to file my taxes this year, it wouldn't have been filed if I didn't call them back just in time.

My first experience in 2024 was disappointing. I was initially quoted $45, and I clearly informed them multiple that I work remotely. I asked about the total fee at least three times and was consistently told it would be $45. A few days later, they added a surprise $30 charge because of my remote work — with no prior notice and no apology for the misinformation.

Despite that, I made the mistake of returning to them in 2025. I shared my T4, signed the T183, and emailed it in April. On April 17th, I checked my CRA account and was shocked to find that they hadn’t even filed my return. I had paid for their service and trusted them to do their job — but they failed.

They falsely claimed they didn’t receive my T183, even though it was clearly sent and delivered. Worse, they never followed up or took responsibility for not receiving it. There was no communication from their end, and they left the onus on me to find out something so important.

They also don't answer your questions properly, and often give contradictory information. It’s frustrating and misleading.

The receptionist was blunt and dismissive, unprofessional, and once again, no apology was offered for their serious oversight.

Avoid them at all costs — their carelessness and poor communication can have real consequences. Unprofessional and inefficient.
