I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanya Carleton and her legal assistant Saylor to prepare my will and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all expectations.

Tanya is the most considerate, kind and supportive lawyer I have come across. Having met a few lawyers when I needed to sell/purchase, Tanya is the only one who goes out of her way to help with my requests, and when she is unable too, she will personally find someone else who IS able to help me. She won't send you out the door and have you go blindly look yourself. Her prices are beyond reasonable, and she works off the clock to ensure you always close on time. I can't say enough good things about Tanya and her team. I highly recommend Tanya for all your real estates, wills and anything else!!! You won't be disappointed.

We have used Tanya's services to purchase a few houses already and will definitely continue to do so in the future! Her team is extremely professional, efficient, organized, and highly competent. We always receive responses in a timely manner. Due to issues with an incompetent mortgage broker we were forced to reschedule our original appointment multiple times, but Tanya's office was always so incredibly understanding and accommodating.

From a friend's experience I've heard that it is sometimes difficult to get ahold of the lawyer him/herself as you are always going through other staff members that may not know the answers to complicated questions, which my friend found very frustrating--however, this was never the case with Tanya. Her staff is of course very competent and pleasant to deal with, but whenever I had a more complicated issue, I always had the option of contacting Tanya herself directly. She is very knowledgeable and provided great advice regarding our complex situation with fast response times. To top it all off, her fees were very reasonably priced as well.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with her services and would highly recommend her to everyone!
